Suitable for Science classes, Mathematics and S&E classes.
Year 5 to Year 10
Class groups limited to 20 at a time. You could split a large class and do another activity at the museum.
They will hear how some convicts escaped and became bush rangers.
They will learn about the invention of morse code, and its importance in communications before the telephone and the radio.

Then, they will have to work in teams to help capture an escaped convict using morse code.
This is a challenge most suited to upper primary pupils and middle school students. Reading skills are required.
